Life Cycles respects and honors that sequence of preparing for, experiencing and adapting to change. Our mission is to assist individuals, couples and families in moving through life’s predictable—and sudden—transitions in as useful and meaningful manner as possible.
Most life changes involve the addition or subtraction of someone or something central to our lives—getting married, having a baby, divorce, losing a loved one, gaining or losing a job, retirement. Life Cycles provides assistance with such changes with:
Educational Programs—Life Cycles classes and workshops offer knowledge and skills training to address the typical emotional, psychological and relational changes that accompany life changes.
Counseling—
while commonalities are highlighted in Life Cycles classes, we also recognize that each of our stories is personal to us, and may present unique issues that are best addressed in the counseling setting. Understanding ourselves as we prepare for and adapt to changes provides a head start towards a most favorable outcome.
Ceremonies—
While most change is evolutionary in nature, there is usually a point at which it is appropriate to mark the event with friends and family. Life Cycles will work with you to create a meaningful, personalized ceremony.
