Who We Are

Mary Stevens, the founder of Life Cycles, received her Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Michigan. She has worked as a social worker in educational, medical and mental health settings, with areas of expertise in couples and family systems, the impact of traumatic stress and work/life balance. In her work, she has long recognized the simultaneous risk and opportunity that times of transition offer, and developed Life Cycles specifically to assist individuals, couples and families in moving through such change-filled times.
Mary lives in Ann Arbor, MI, and enjoys hiking, nature, gardening, travel, and especially spending time with family and friends. |

Diane McCarthy is a Personal and Professional Coach specializing in helping clients create energizing relationships both at work and in their personal life. She has over 15 years of experience working with individuals, couples and families. Diane is affiliated with CoachU's Coach Training Program and a member of the International Coach Federation, the Academy of Certified Social Workers, and the Women Business Owners of Southeastern Michigan. Diane lives in Ann Arbor where she enjoys her own energizing relationships with her husband and children.
